Are helmets included in my hire?Yes! We will supply you with a helmet, locks for securely parking the bike and a puncture repair kit.

The weather's not great, can I get a refund?Don't be surprised if you catch a sprinkle or two on the Scottish west coast! You can still ride our e-bikes in the rain, so come prepared with raincoats, dive into the fun, and let the raindrops join your biking escapade without raining on your parade!

I am under 18, can I still hire a bike?Yes, but persons under 18 years of age will only be issued with a bike when accompanied by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian will need to complete the disclaimer and provide suitable photo ID. They will need to declare that they take full responsibility for you, and the bikes, safety during the hire period. Under 18's must be accompanied at all times during the hire period.

Why can children not hire E-Bikes?It’s frustrating, we know! Because of the electric motor in the E-Bikes, UK Law states that you must be 14 years or older to ride an electric bike.

Do you have children's seats for e-bikes?For safety reasons, we are unable to offer children’s seats or a trailer for E-bikes.

Is there a rider weight limit on the E-Bikes?Unfortunately yes. Our E-Bikes have a maximum capacity of 114kg or 18 stone

Do I have to stick to certain places to ride?The bikes are yours so you decide, although we suggest you go on one of our routes!

What if I am late back?Due to other bookings we often require the bikes back on time, there is a fee if you are more than 15 minutes late. Please check out our Terms and Conditions
